Bon Homme is the altar ego of Tomas Høffding from WhoMadeWho and Garbo. On the soloalbum Tomas takes electronic pop to the boundaries of corniness.
I stand with one foot out over the abyss while I stare down the pop deep. I can sometimes become a little tired of the prison, the "good taste", which can keep one from expressing themselves clean. Pure feelings and pure expression can be corny in many people's eyes, Tomas tells.
Through jam sessions with himself Tomas has created the music, while the lyrics has been partially 'outsourced' to various Danish poets. This results in an album with a high dense club sound, a splash of Pink Floyd and a wide range of themes and experimentation between music and poetry.
