Danni Tomas' debut album Kvinde (2013) is a sensual and melancholic journey into an R&B universe, where soft 808 beats meet emotinally chared lyrics. Together with producer Noogle, he has created an album drawing inspiration from Tricky and The xx, while also reflecting elements of classic soul and blues. Tracks like Ingenting are minimalist yet detailed, with  a soft and luscious atmosphere that provides the listner with an intimate experience. Although the album occasionally flirts with the erotic, it manages to maintain an aesthetic and artistic quality that appeals to both the soul and the senses.
